When this lesson has been completed students will be able to describe the various effects alcohol has on both health and behaviour.
They will:
* Have considered the reasons why some people chose to drink alcohol.
* Understand what a unit of alcohol is
* Know the recommended maximum numbers of units for men and women.
* Be aware of how alcohol changes a persons behaviour.
* Know the health consequences of heavy drinking.
* Considered how a person can stay safe if they do decide to drink.
